I believe massage therapy is crucial to health and wellness plans to treat stress and stress related diseases. Each person’s stress manifests differently in their body; massage is key for treating these buildups of tension. When these accumulations are treated and maintained, pain can be relieved. Stress manifests into pain, tension, inflammation and neurological symptoms among many others. Regular Massage can effectively treat these symptoms. Even the experience of being nurtured and letting go for a moment can begin the journey of healing.

I am committed to helping my clients relieve their stress symptoms and feel their best.
