POLICIES

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, you will be charged for the time set aside for you.

This is done in fairness both to clients who then lose an opportunity to be seen and to the therapist, who is not paid if they do not perform the session.

Although we have always had a cancellation policy, circumstances have caused us to enforce a policy of charging for no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

There will be a fee of 50% of the cancelled service assessed if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
Any appointments forgotten or you consciously choose to skip with out cancelling is considered a ‘No Show’. A ‘No show’ will be charged at 100% of the service scheduled.
Any appointments cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment will be treated as a ‘no show’ and charged 100% of the service scheduled.
Any late arrivals will receive only the time left of their scheduled appointment time so that we do not run late for our next client.

If we are able to fill your appointment the fee will be waived.

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding that our time is important. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all our clients.

Payment is due upon services rendered. Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover is accepted. There is a $25 fee for returned checks or closed accounts.

Booking Policy Some services may require a credit card number to schedule an appointment. The card will not be charged unless you break our cancellation policy.

Draping is utilized at all times for warmth, comfort, and modesty. The only area exposed will be the area being worked on.

My office has a zero tolerance policy. Our massage sessions will not be sexual in any manner. The therapist has the right to terminate any session if there are any actions or requests that are inappropriate or sexual in nature. Full payments will still be expected.

I am not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or damaged during your session. I have provided a place for your clothes and a dish for jewelry, glasses, etc. Please be sure to account for all of your belongings prior to leaving the room.

Cell phones. Please silence your cell phones and pagers during your visit.

Smoking. There is no smoking in this office.

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination. They are transferable but are not refundable.
